What the plan includes:
Service availability is subject to Evotel fibre coverage at the installation address. The promotional monthly price applies for the first three months, after which the standard monthly subscription of R499 will apply.
Installation and activation are included, subject to the network provider’s standard installation requirements. Additional work or non-standard installation requirements may attract additional charges where applicable.
The exact activation date, billing commencement date and any applicable pro-rata amount will be confirmed during onboarding. The service, router and promotional pricing remain subject to network availability, eligibility requirements and the applicable terms and conditions.
Some month-to-month home internet deals may require an upfront payment. This amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis, which means it may include the remaining days of the current month from the date of activation, plus the first full month’s subscription in advance.
Because this is based on your activation date, the exact amount may vary from customer to customer.
Any upfront payment is made directly to the network provider, not to Offershop. The Sales Consultant will explain the exact amount, how it is calculated, and the network’s payment process when they contact you.
